ICT Security and Processes Analyst
Role purpose:
•Design and implement controls to protect and guarantee Integrity, Confidentiality and Availability of information.
•Design and implement security controls and operating plans to guarantee compliance to Sarbanes Oxley security controls.
•Support Privacy and Security team.
•Understand different technologies (applications, Operation Systems, DB environment) and give recommendations to reduce security vulnerabilities and increase information/business assurance.
•Cooperate with Technology – Internal Audit – Group Corporate Security
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•ISO 27001 and SOX Compliance
Design and/or adjust the security policy and procedure in order to guarantee the compliance to the information security standard (ISO27001) and SOX security controls (review of access level, segregation of duties)
•Ensure products and services, systems, processes etc. are compliant with information security best practices (SOX/ISO27000 framework).
•Logical security- Supports the Technology Department in the designing and implementing technical countermeasures to guarantee the compliance to SOX security controls (e.g. User Access management platform) and to guaranty the security of network, databases, systems and application
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•Specific technical know-how and competences.
•Good Knowledge of mobile Telco networks (including GSM, GPRS, 3G and 4G).
•Account/user/ log management skills.
•Development skills.
•Privacy – PCI DSS – ISO 27001/SOX knowledge.
•Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills.
•Must have a strategic vision and be result oriented professional.
•Interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and with great attention to detail.
Must have professional qualifications/experience:
•Hold a relevant degree in computers science, Electronics or Informatics.
•Must have fluency in Italian and English.
•3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a Telecoms or Banking Sector
•Experience in implementation of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX compliance programs
•Certifications in the area of information security would be beneficial.
