1. Minimum experience of a year as a babysitter

2. Early excellent references from the families

3. Age range 35-50 years old

4. Highschool/College Degree

5. Full Time disponibility, (Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4:00 pm).

6. Very strong communication and flexible skills to the requests of baby's parents.
