Local Consultancy Services for the Austrian Development Agency

Austrian Development Agency (ADA), as the Operational Unit of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) has been delegated by the European Union (EU) to implement the “EU4RIVERS” project in Albania, from October 2023 to September 2028. The lead Beneficiary is the Albanian Water Resources Management Agency (AMBU).

ADA intends to conclude the following 7 different service contracts for the provision of technical consultancy services:

National Expert on Environmental Economic Assessment (6532-00/2023/ SUB 04/2025); 60 working days over 10 months;

National Expert for River Morphology Assessment (6532-00/2023/ SUB 05/2025); 60 working days over 9 months;

National Expert in Aquatic Ecosystem Ecology – Benthic Invertebrates (6532-00/2023/ SUB 06/2025); 50 working days over 9 months;

National Expert in Aquatic Ecosystem Ecology – Phytoplankton (diatoms) (6532-00/2023/ SUB 07/2025); 50 working days over 9 months;

National Expert on EU-compliant Water Chemistry for Albania (6532-00/2023/ SUB 08/2025); 50 working days over 6 months;

National Expert on Assessment of Nitrates Pollution (6532-00/2023/ SUB 09/2025); 60 working days over 9 months;

National Expert in Aquatic Ecosystem Ecology – Fish (6532-00/2023/ SUB 13/2025); 50 working days over 8 months

The tentative start date for the contracts is May 2025, the services need to be carried out in Tirana, Albania. More details can also be found in the Terms of Reference, the financial offer template, and the document “Invitation to submit an offer”.
