Conference room, coffee break, lunch break, and other facilities for organizing closing event
SOS CV Albania is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, which is one of the 136 independent (national) members of the SOS Children’s Villages Federation. Its vision is: every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect and security.
The organization operates since 1995, providing quality care services for children and youth without parental care and community-based support services for vulnerable families. It participates in policy and legislation making and advocates for the rights of children and youth at social risk, working closely with decision-makers, institutions, civil society organizations and social service providers.
SOS Children’s Villages Albania has implemented the Project “Addressing Systemic Gaps – Support to Child Welfare System Reforms”, which aimed to improve children´s rights with a specific focus on supporting the reform of alternative care systems and the deinstitutionalisation process in the country. This project was implemented in 5 SOS Children´s Villages, respectively SOS Albania, SOS North Macedonia, SOS Ukraine, SOS Belarus and SOS Armenia. The project is funded from German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation and the executing agency is SOS Children´s Villages Worldwide Hermann Gmeiner Fonds Deutchland e.V.
These Terms of Reference (TOR) serve as a request for proposals from legal entities that are certified in offering the necessary facilities (conference room, coffee break, lunch etc.) for organizing the closing event of the project “Addressing Systemic Gaps – Support to Child Welfare System Reforms” in Albania. All Bids are required to be submitted through the official e-mail address of SOS Children’s Villages Albania: info@soskd.org.al no later than 31st of March 2025.
