Broadcasting of promotional video for Foster Care in Albania on National TV and Radio Station
SOS CV Albania is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, which is one of the 136 independent (national) members of the SOS Children’s Villages Federation. Its vision is: every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect and security.
The organization operates since 1995, providing quality care services for children and youth without parental care and community-based support services for vulnerable families. It participates in policy and legislation making and advocates for the rights of children and youth at social risk, working closely with decision-makers, institutions, civil society organizations and social service providers.
The foster care promotion campaign, the subject of this Request for Proposals, will be implemented as a part of the “Addressing Systematic Gaps – Support to Child Welfare System Reforms” project. It is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation, through the SOS CV Worldwide Herman Gmeinner Foundation Deutschland. The project is implemented by the SOS CV associations in five countries: Albania, Armenia, Belarus, North Macedonia and Ukraine.
The purpose of this assignment is to support SOS CV Albania in finalizing the public awareness raising campaign on the need for and potential benefits of further development of foster care in Albania. This Request for Proposal is open to all registered legal entities in the areas of advertising, marketing or public relations. SOS Children’s Villages Albania hereby invites experienced legal entities in the area of advertising, marketing or public relations, to submit proposals for the Broadcasting of a promotional video for foster care in Albania, in one National TV and Radio Station.
