Cybersecurity Deployment Specialist​

Location: Tirana, Albania (On-site)

Are you eager to start or grow your career in cybersecurity?
We are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Deploy Management team at our office in Tirana, Albania.

In this role, you’ll receive full training on our cybersecurity solutions and client engagement methods. You'll play a key part in deploying, configuring, and supporting our services for clients, ensuring a secure and reliable experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the installation and setup of the company’s cybersecurity services
- Deploy and manage Cybeer Manager (a virtual machine that collects client login data)
- Configure client network monitoring services
- Create, manage, and interpret dashboards for visualizing log data (Cypeer/CSI)
- Troubleshoot and debug service-related issues

Required Skills:

- Familiarity with MacOS and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, or network security tools
- Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or DOS scripting
- Methodical and able to handle routine tasks with precision
- Curious and enthusiastic about cybersecurity
- Willing to learn and grow in a technical role
- Team-oriented and adaptable to evolving technologies
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux (command line usage)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Basic programming/scripting skills
- Strong problem-solving and stress management skills
- Good communication and customer interaction abilities
- Patience, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A technical background or system administration experience is a plus

Languages

Fluent Italian is required (spoken and written)
English proficiency is preferred for collaboration with international colleagues
