Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

who will report to the Director of Marketing and Commercial Department of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)

• Responsible for developing and editing content including still photos, videos and copy for use across TIA's platforms. Edit content for grammar, punctuation, voice and tone best practices, company style, and brand identity.
• Responsible to monitor TIA accounts and report on success metrics.
• Responsible to produce and edit presentations, e-newsletter for company, staff, and third partners. Assist in maintaining the newsroom website.
• Responsible to produce, shoot, and edit video pieces to promote TIA's news, events, and people.
• Responsible to lead the development of strategic approaches to communication plans and branding strategies that are tailored to the specific department’s goal.
• Provide support to other departments and colleagues on the effective and appropriate use of Digital Marketing.

Requirements of the position:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree
• At least one year of work experience in the field of Social Media,communication journalism or public relations.
• Experience in working with and developing social media content for public relations purposes.
• In depth knowledge of Adobe Package.
• Experience in product and Event Photography is a plus.
• Knowledge in Animation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Albanian and English languages.
• Creativity and demonstrated self-immersion in social media.
• Willingness to learn and remain current on video production and multimedia uses.
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects with strong attention to detail.
• Committed to providing a high standard of service and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Credible, confident and diplomatic.
• Honest, reliable and with integrity.
