In the name of one of the largest foreign companies in Albania, that operate in the production of construction materials, Dimension HR is recruiting candidates for the position:

Finance Controller​

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of month -end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial closing tasks, including journal entries, accounting reconciliation and accruals.
• Verifying supporting documentation (purchase orders, contracts, etc. for invoices into the accounting system and in case of discrepancies follow-up with the vendor and/or the initiating department.
• Responsible to conduct monthly GL accounts reviews and reconciliations and checking to ensure that GL’s reconciliation is in-line with local and internal policies and procedures.
• Preparing data and participating in the audit of financial reports, both external and internal audit.
• Responsibility for the analysis of profitability through the analysis of the effects of prices, quantities, and product mix. Price analysis per product wise
• Cost controlling based on product level- alertness all stakeholders on time.
• Follow up of cost variance and rising alert on impact in margin
• Creation of regular sales reports, analytical monitoring, and analysis of the dynamics of sales processes and achieved results according to all relevant sales parameters.
• Responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of the documentation and reports it prepares.
• Intensive cooperation with other relevant departments of the Company (sales, customer service, production, SCH)
• Ad hoc tasks occurring on Business Finance-function.

• Requirement for the position:
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3 to 5 years combined experience in financial analyses, accounting preferably in a corporate finance environment.
• Proficient advance excels expertise skills.
• Navision knowledge is preferential.
• Excellent analytic skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or anomalies.
• Detail – oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
