Tirana International Airport SHPK (“TIA”) is seeking for an

IT&T Technician
​

who will report to the Information Technology and Telecommunication Director of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)

• Responsible to diagnose IT equipment problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on IT equipment and programs. Set up IT equipment and schedule maintenance
• Responsible for analyzing and diagnosing problems related to TIA IT&T systems and developing effective solutions
• Responsible for providing general IT support to staff and customers (office automation)
• Responsible for performing check for every IT dedicated system
• Responsible to orient new users to existing technology
• Responsible to prepare activities reports

Requirements of the position:

• Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting a variety of technologies (desktops/laptops, local/network printers, peripherals, network devices, etc.)
• Understand basic Network Knowledge and Server configuration
• Knowledge on security, access control, and CCTV systems
• At least two years of working experience in related job responsibilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and proactive
• Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
• Available to work in shifts
• Good knowledge of English language
