Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a
BUSINESS LOUNGE MANAGER
who will report to the Director of Commercial and Property Department of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)
- Provide suggestions and evaluation of options for Business Lounge strategy with the aim of improving profitability and customer satisfaction
- Develop a thorough business plan for TIA Business Lounge, and implement it
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and operation of TIA Business Lounge within the established standards
- Coordinate and manage the provision of service by the Business Lounge staff to customers
- Effectively manage relations with suppliers to ensure the timely provision of supplies within established standards of quality and quantity
- Responsible for Business Lounge office management and administrative tasks
- Responsible for ensuring Business Lounge compliance with all health, safety and hygiene legislation and standards
- Plan staff allocation to cover operation. Prepare daily work plan and adjust accordingly
- Prepare correspondence/memos/new proposals related to Business Lounge activities
- Prepare monthly reports and other reports as requested
Requirements of the position:
- Bachelor Degree
- Knowledge of marketing and customer relationship management
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing and sales. Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage their team
- Ability to plan, organize and schedule activities of staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform research and suggest creative solutions
- Ability to organize and present information effectively
- Ability to organize, coordinate, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English language
- Committed to providing a high standard of service
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Adept at Microsoft Office software
