Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a

BUSINESS LOUNGE AGENT​

who will report to the Business Lounge Manager of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)

• Responsible for welcoming and acknowledging each and every passenger with a smile, eye contact, name (where possible for repeated passengers) and a friendly verbal greeting.
• Responsible for preparing, replenishing and arranging Food & Beverage
• Responsible for presenting Business Lounge Food & Beverage offerings to guests and providing additional information if so required.
• Showing product knowledge to guests, by mentioning the allergens and the main ingredients to food items
• Responsible for serving food and beverages to guests
• Responsible for removing used dishes, utensils, glasses and rubbish from the seating areas and service surfaces
• Responsible for the cleaning and care of the buffet line equipment (glass, counter and basin).
• Act and/or report immediately to housekeeping any cleanliness, disarray observed issues in the buffet area and overall BL area.
• Responsible for arranging and filling the newspaper/magazine racks
• Thank passengers with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell
• Responsible for handling guest complaints politely and within TIA standards. If necessary, delegate complaints to BL Manager

Requirements of the position:

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• At least one year of working experience in related job responsibilities
• Available to work in shifts
• Adept at Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper intermediate level of English language
• Ability to work under stress and respond to emergencies
• Committed to providing a high standard of service
