Key job responsibilities
• Manage Surfacing Internal Talent (ITS) mechanism with ongoing inspections, audits and refinement
• Partner with Exec Talent Acquisition to maximize the balance of surfacing talent internally with external hiring
• Ownership of exchange with senior hiring managers to identify and continually update L10 job requirements by business and role type
• Build expand partnership with the Talent Products Team (TPT) to ensure relevant products have in-product guidance and filtering capabilities to create visibility
• Develop and manage mechanism(s) to proactively share top talent in the pipeline
• Ensure talent is visible to senior leaders
• Track the reviews and engagement of talent that meets criteria for movement
• Forecast replacement needs due to attrition, transfers, promotions
• Identify ready and near ready talent to compare with known and projected exec hiring needs
• Inspect details of roles filled externally, including hiring manager input, talent acquisition input
• Conduct regular data analyses relative to pipeline status and hiring needs
• Audit and refine exec talent data model(s) in partnership with hiring managers, PXT, TA
• Benchmark WWC internal exec talent relative to external market
• Quarterly inspections and reporting of ITS mechanism outputs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in fast-paced talent management environment
- Masters level degree (or higher) in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar
- Advanced skills in Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Progressive work experience leading strategic talent initiatives, influencing senior leaders, and designing and refining talent mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating talent for senior leadership roles, e.g., as an exec recruiter, HR business partner.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, experience documenting analyses and insights in documentation and reports.
- Strong business acumen.
- Knowledge of core talent management processes including talent evaluation, promotions, succession, and development.
- Track record of project and program management from conception and design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to influence skeptical executive stakeholder groups using data and forward planning
- Genuine and authentic nature that quickly earns trust with leaders.
- Experience applying statistics to data, obtaining and interpreting results.
- Experience as an HRBP a plus.
