Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Technician to support various technical aspects of construction projects. This role involves assisting in site preparation, surveying, measurements, material testing, and quality control to ensure construction activities align with project plans, safety regulations, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site layout, leveling, and surveying under the guidance of engineers or supervisors.
• Perform material testing and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical support to site teams.
• Support in the installation of structural components, utilities, and finishes as required.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, test results, and inspections.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with project team members regarding project progress and issues.
• Provide technical assistance during inspections, audits, and handovers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or technical site work.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and technical documents.
• Familiarity with construction tools, testing instruments, and surveying equipment.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor/site environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with site surveying tools (e.g., total station, theodolite).
• Knowledge of material testing procedures (e.g., concrete slump test, compaction tests).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD or similar software is a plus).

• Harton matje , dhe i perkthen ato ne Libreza Mase , ne Preventiva dhe situacione mujore si dhe dokumenta të tjera të lidhura me proçeset e punës.
• Të ketë mbaruar shkollën profesionale për Teknik Ndërtimi.
• Përvojë pune mbi 3 vjet në ndërtimin e banesave civile.
• Të njohë dokumentacioninTekniko–Ligjor që duhet në objekt.
• Të njohë programet bazë kompjuterike si: “Paketën Office’’, përbën avantazh njohja e programit Autocad.
• Të ketë aftesi shumë të mira organizative.
