Position: Technician Assignment Group (TAG) Agent
As a TAG Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and technicians. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process technician assignment requests from clients
- Assign and schedule technicians according to availability and customer needs
- Update the internal system with accurate and timely data
- Communicate clearly with both clients and technicians to ensure quick issue resolution
- Monitor service requests to guarantee SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- English proficiency (B2–C1 level)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- A professional, dynamic, and supportive work environment
