[TD]Duties & Responsibilities

• Effectively perform maintenance and configuration on the Flexcube Core application software’s running at the Bank as assigned by the supervisor, and provide seamless and uninterrupted operational environment.
• Follow closely with the vendor support team the issues identified and ensure fixes are properly tested before moving into production.
• Analyze the requests of business units and make recommendations for the needed parametrizations or customizations in the core banking software.
• Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.
• Assist the bank users and colleagues in solving Flexcube related problems.
• Effectively act and respond to incidents as directed by the superiors.
• Maintain proper documentation of the technical solution given; write operational documentation and user guidelines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Knowledge on Banking products/services will be an asset
• Knowledge on Oracle Flexcube Core Banking application or any other Core Banking application will be an asset.
• PL/SQL and Java programming experience would be an asset.
• Very good knowledge of English is mandatory
• Hard working and result oriented
• To be able to work overtime as may be required by the department needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
