STOREKEEPER

REPORTS TO: Purchase Manager DEPARTMENT: FINANCE​

MISSION: The Storekeeper must keep accurate records of all inventory and stock, and be able to identify when supplies are running low and need to be replenished.

OPERATIONS
  • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area.
  • Monitor and take inventory regularly to compile orders based on needs.
  • Responsible for verifying all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase and quantity.
  • Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
  • Keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree would be a plus
  • Intermediate English Level (B2)
  • Must have computer skills for the day-to-day operation such as Excel & Word.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage articles
  • Knowledge of hotel operations could be a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
