Sparklab is a company led by a group of Italian investors, present in Albania for almost 30 years.
Our main goal is to help the social and economic changes of Albania with an offer of educational programs, capacity building assistance and consultancy services.
Currently with a team of over 150 talents, we’re looking to expand our family for the development of various projects in collaboration with very important international clients (IBM Accentur SALESFORCE - NTT DATA - PayPal - Intel Torino Wireless - T Mobile US, etc).

Responsibilities
- Prioritizing tasks as the project progresses
- Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Functioning as the main point of contact for all technical teams
- Elaborating on the scope and range of the project
- Documenting any progress made across all working components of the project
- Leading multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of the project
- Managing the expectations both internally and possibly externally, too
- Reporting on progress to seniors and escalating issues when necessary
- Forging great business relationships
- Forecasting potential resources required for the project
- Ensuring all milestones in the project lifecycle are attained within stipulated periods
- Organizing regular team meetings, so that new challenges or constraints may come to light
- Organizing workshops and training for people who need upskilling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Scienc
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Familiar with Scrum methodologies
- A good knowledge of italian language
