The Balcony Cleaners, the leading balcony cleaning business is currently hiring a full-time experienced Customer Service Representative. The Balcony Cleaners helps condo residents reclaim their balcony and expand their living space outdoors. Work from home with a talented international team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience. Bonus if you have experience with an international company dealing mainly in English.
- University Degree
- Able to be near-fluent in English
- Bonus if you can also speak French and/or Spanish
- Be able to work 3pm-11pm Tirana time
- You must have a reliable computer and internet connection
- Be very organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
