Location: Work from Home (WAH) / Albania

Teleperformance is looking for a talented Workday Business Analyst to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity for professionals passionate about technical systems and business data analysis to make an impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Analyze and optimize processes using the Workday platform
• Collaborate with international teams to implement technical solutions
• Configure and test Workday modules
• Deliver advanced data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:​

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst (Workday experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of human resources processes
• Excellent communication skills in English
