International product IT company specializing in the development and maintenance of high-load projects for large enterprises, primarily online services, is looking for a Regional Researcher (Albania).

Responsibilities:​

• Conduct local marketing and user research;
• Collect and analyze market information, including user preferences and the competitive landscape;
• Translate and adapt materials with consideration for Albania's cultural and linguistic specifics;
• Monitor local trends and competitor activities;
• Support communication with local partners and participate in research initiatives;
• Collaborate with the country manager and analytics team to generate insights and recommendations.

Requirements:​

• Fluency in Albanian and Russian;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and independence;
• Confident PC and office software user;
• Ability to quickly learn new areas and work in a dynamic environment;
• A degree in marketing, economics, or a related field will be an advantage.
