AI Builder / Systems & Automation (Full Remote, Long-Term) - Irish Business Group​

About Us:​

We run multiple businesses in Ireland (home improvement brands and more). We run on systems, tools and automations, and right now I build all of them myself, which is the bottleneck slowing everything down.

I'm looking for a sharp builder to create these systems with me and eventually own them. Someone who's already building things, not someone who "wants to learn AI."

What You'll Build:​

Internal tools: Dashboards and tools my team runs on

Automations: Kill repetitive work or make it 10x faster (n8n, no code, scripts, whatever fits)

Customer facing tools: Forms, flows and tools that customers actually use

System integrations: Connect our software together (APIs, no code, automations)

Backend cleanup: Improve how everything runs under the hood

Figure out new tools: We use lots of software, you'll work it out yourself

Use your initiative: See what needs building and build it without being told

This is NOT a customer facing role. No calls, no sales, no talking to customers. This is pure building, behind the scenes.

What I'm Looking For:​

Must Have:​

Already building with AI - You've made real things that actually run

Critical thinking - You figure things out instead of freezing

Quick learner - You can pick up new software with no hand holding

Initiative - You don't wait to be told what to do

Reliable - You do what you say you'll do

Into this stuff - You'd be building things anyway, you love it

Stable internet

Nice to Have:​

Side projects you've built (paid or for fun)

Experience with n8n, Zapier, APIs, no code tools, or any coding

A GitHub, a portfolio, anything that shows what you make

Don't Need:​

A degree or certifications

Years of experience

To be an expert at any one thing

To know our industry

I'll teach you everything specific to us. I just need you sharp, hungry and able to build.

Starting Rate: Pay is discussed based on your ability & Payment structure you choose

The first month or two during training will start off modestly while you learn the setup and prove yourself. But there's an instant opportunity to earn more from there. There are commissions. There are incentives. Even what you build starts saving time or making money, you get a share in it.

This is not a one man team. There are multiple staff already, real money coming into the business and a lot happening. You're joining something that's already moving, not a maybe.

You'd work directly with me, the owner. I'll be training you directly, building with you directly and you'll have full transparency and access to everything. You'll learn a huge amount, the kind of knowledge that takes people years to figure out on their own. You'll skip all of that by learning it straight from someone already doing it.

Growth Path: Months 1 to 2/3: learn the setup, build, prove yourself. Month 2/3+: pay rises and a bigger role. Long term: become the person who owns and runs all our systems as we scale across more brands.
