Motrada Handels GmbH is a rapidly growing IT company. We design, develop and sell Internet auction platforms. Our customers are well-known international corporations from the banking and automotive industries. Our platforms are in use in over 17 European countries.

For our subsidiary in Shkodra, Albania we are offering the following position
Junior Technical Support Specialist​

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Junior Technical Service Agent supports the TCCPM team in technical customer service, UI/UX quality assurance, and documentation processes.
This entry-level position is designed for gradual development into a more independent technical and UI/UX-focused role. The candidate will assist in project preparation, platform improvements, customer-related technical topics, and internal documentation standards.
Over time, responsibilities will increase in scope and ownership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AI Integration in client/internal projects
• Assist in preparing API documentation and step-by-step technical guides
• Assist in documentation management and internal process improvements (Confluence, file server, cloud)
• Support UI/UX quality assurance of React platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Support 1st level technical customer service (API-related topics)
• Assist in system data maintenance and sandbox preparation
• Support creation and maintenance of Jira tickets and feature descriptions
• Prepare meeting documentation and internal presentations
• Support internal platform and website improvements
• Support additional cross-team tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or a related field

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of APIs and web technologies
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence (advantage)
• Basic understanding of React-based platforms (advantage)

Personal Skills

• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
• Team-oriented and reliable
