Call for procurement of service provider for conducting a monitoring analysis of the overall results of business plans supported by We Effect for the period 2012-2020
The Union for Development and Integration of Roma Minority in Albania “Amaro-Drom” is looking to procure service provider for conducting a monitoring analysis of the overall results of business plans supported by We Effect for the period 2012-2020, under the project “Sustainable improvement of livelihood of Roma communities in Albania”, implemented in the communities of Morava-Berat, Grabian, Plug, Levan, Gramsh and Zhama-Lushnjë during 2021-2022.
This analysis will focus on the impact of the financed business plans up to present, the results and the sustainability; and after that, to develop a full procedure with criteria for future support through business plans. This analytical report will serve for the transparency and all-inclusiveness related to business plan selection and their implementation. The Consultant will perform his tasks in 5 project areas and will need 25 days in total (preparation of the assessment mechanism; ppresentation of the mission; conducting field-visit interviews in each project area meeting project beneficiaries; verification of documents, criteria and procedures; preparation of the reports; presentation of the results).
