Job Vacancy: Senior Financial Analyst at KFC QSR Business
Position: Senior Financial Analyst

KFC Albania is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, conducting forecasts, developing financial models, and identifying key trends and opportunities within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the budgeting and planning process, including revenue projections, expense management, and capital expenditure analysis.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in the food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling techniques and proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
