Job Position: Security Coordinator – Internal Security Operations
Purpose of the job position:
Purpose of the Position: To provide expertise and guidance in implementing and optimizing the company’s internal security regulations, ensuring operational effectiveness, employee safety, and compliance. The role combines strategic oversight with operative responsibilities, requiring daily monitoring, coordination, and execution of security-related tasks.
TIRANA, ALBANIA
Organizational Unit: HR & HSE within Industrial Operations.
Responsibility range/Scope of duty
- Ensure overall compliance with internal security regulations and standards.
- Provide expert guidance to HR and HSE on security strategy and improvements.
- Oversee effectiveness of physical security measures and systems.
- Evaluate and improve security protocols, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure integration and alignment of all security systems and controls.
- Identify risks and propose preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain security performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper management of security-related incidents and employee complaints.
- Contribute to employee safety, operational continuity, and company compliance.
- Support organizational awareness and engagement on security matters.
- Ensure adaptability of security operations based on business needs (including shifts).
- Strong knowledge of internal security procedures and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance, and perimeter security.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail in monitoring and reporting security operations.
- University degree in Security Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
English: Minimum B2
