Sales Training Specialist
Purpose of position:
Responsible for training new hires about products & services, soft skills & continuing education. Training Specialist is also responsible for coaching, developing, leading, motivating, training and scheduling to ensure all new and existing sales force receive high level of training.
Main Responsibilities:
• Training all new members of Sales
• After training period evaluates new members’ performance and makes the necessary proposals to Management team
• Demonstrates best practices and provides coaching
• Provides tools and training solutions to address any gaps in knowledge, competency and skills
• Updates periodically the training module with the new products and services launched
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree
• At least 2 years of previous similar experience
• Very Good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Able to create and conduct effective presentations
• Availability to work overtime when needed
• Driving license
• Availability to travel
