SALES SUPPORT

Working Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (On Site)

1. Availability 1: Tuesday – Saturday 22:00 – 06:00
2. Availability 2: Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support professional to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling client interactions, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with technical support related to our CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Responding to move consultant/client calls.
2. Scheduling appointments for the outside sales team.
3. Making initial contact on new leads for the inside sales team.

Key Qualifications:

1. Strong English proficiency.
2. Proficient in MS Windows apps.
3. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
4. High School diploma/equivalent.
5. Relocation/real estate/ transportation experience (preferred)

Core Duties:

1. Audit COD bookings for accuracy/compliance.
2. Collaborate with COD Sales to book moves.
3. Track estimate variations, troubleshoot client app issues.
4. Run deposits, manage sales collateral inventory, assist with dry leads.
5. Phone/ reception coverage as needed.
