• Sales Specialist - Card & Payments Department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales specialist should be a sales oriented person. S/he can serve as a link between clients and the bank; therefore her/his role is to contribute on generating more business for the bank to reach Retail Business Target and supporting retail staff in branches.
  • S/he defines an acquisition list for potential group of clients which should be contacted by himself or together with assigned team member and report the results on monthly bases to Department Manager.
  • Should be able to perform the business clients meeting according to the approved plan in order to achieve the defined periodically target.
  • Must be knowledgeable about banking products and services, procedures, advantages of BKT and market information
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be self-organized and use time effectively.
  • Should keep good record of meetings and sales conducted.
  • Should communicate in time and with all required information to branches the sales finalized by the sales team.
  • Follows up the pending applications in branches and pending meetings with clients
  • Supports branches to construct a list of potential clients and defines ways how to approach them more efficiently.
  • Gives scheduled feedbacks on implementation of sales activities to Retail Sales Manager
  • Monitors the results of the promotion activities and suggests changes for future campaigns.
  • Gives proposals and input on marketing offers presented during business meetings and their better usage from the sales team.
  • Share information with other team members on bank advantages in the market and how to transmit this info to the clients.
  • Periodically monitors the market and competition development and prepares report to Retail Sales Department Manager.
  • If s/he would be appointed by the Department Manager to keep the department statistics, s/he should be able and be involved on the daily records of sales per each staff member of the department, elaborate the monthly report and collect all the needed information for quarterly performance calculation of the sales department. S/he should prepare the bonus calculation per each staff every quarter end. The individual target of this staff will be a personalized and different from the other staff due to the work load.

JOB PROFILE
  • Fulfillment of the set criteria required by the bank.
  • Previous banking or sales experience is required. In special cases with Network Division Head Approval, candidate with other experiences can be considered.
  • Should have good computer knowledge.
  • University Degree, preferred social studies; marketing or business.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Should be able to travel in different cities in Albania.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Should be sales oriented person, with high energy and able to generate business for the bank.
