Join Qterra Property Management!​

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're confident, results-driven, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do​

  • Work from our office as part of a collaborative team.
  • Handle both outbound (cold calling) and inbound sales calls.
  • Generate new business and promote Qterra's property management services to property owners and investors.
  • Build client relationships, manage leads in our CRM, and close new business.

What We're Looking For​

  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident on the phone.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and working in an office environment.

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (transport provided)
