Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:


  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule appointments for pest inspections, treatments, and follow-up services.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery service.
  • Follow up on annual renewals and assist in securing payment methods.
  • Assist with overflow sales calls and messages as needed.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying decision-makers and establishing initial contact.
  • Utilize industry-specific directories, databases, and networking channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries, including phone calls and internet leads.
Customized Solutions Development:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the full range of pest control services.
  • Develop tailored proposals based on the unique needs and challenges of each client.
Sales Presentations and Consultations:

  • Conduct virtual presentations and consultations to educate potential clients on services, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Articulate the benefits of pest control solutions clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation and Closing:

  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals efficiently, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their ongoing pest control needs.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and improvement based on client requirements.
  • Re-engage past clients to bring them back on board.
Sales Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and deal progress in the HubSpot pipeline.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
