Our client is an international company operating in the field of system enhancement services. The company provides a wide range of electronic devices and solutions systems to improve business operations efficiently. As their business is rapidly expanded, they are currently looking for and experienced Sales Representative to join their successful team in Tirana.
The Role:
To develop instant relationships with customers / companies and be proactive in follow through and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Sales representative will have direct report line to the Commercial Director.

The Role:
To develop instant relationships with customers / companies and be proactive in follow through and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Sales representative will have direct report line to the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and creates business needs with Commercial Director
- Develops a detailed territory plan; further more develops individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
- Collaborates to develop sales strategies and ideas to meet or exceed sales goals
- Creates and communicates the value of company solution with prospects and clients
- Provides customer service (handling and resolving customer problems)
- Suggests and demonstrate products based on customer needs and preference
- Travels to customers to make presentation
- University Degree; studies in Business Administration are preferred
- 2+ years inside sales experience in a B2B commercial sales role
- Good knowledge of English language
- Very good computer skills
- Organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Demonstrate selling skills and learn in-depth product knowledge
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
- A valid driver’s license
