Sales Representative – South Albania

Our client is one of the world’s leading groups operating in the construction services industry and allied trades, providing a wide range of top-quality products for professional customers in the construction and engineering field. Due to their business expanding in Albania, they are currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative – South Albania to join their team.

The role:

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling the products, to clearly understand customers' business requirements and recommend solutions that will solve their business issues. As a member of the sales team, you will create enthusiastic construction professionals every day, building relationships and developing territory, market penetration and sales execution in the Southern Region of Albania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops new opportunities for the company’s product line and sells to new customers, up sell to existing customers / B2B clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Contribute actively to the planning and realization of sales targets selling innovative products and unique service offering of an established world leader
  • Makes contact with businesses through on-site cold calls and networking by visiting properties and talking to management or owners
  • Identifies and creates business needs with senior executive decision makers
  • Develops a detailed territory plan; further more develops individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
  • Provides customer service (handling and resolving customer problems)
  • Responsible for achievement of quarterly, year-to-date and annual sales goals/targets
  • Establish purpose within one’s region & set the tone for a team environment.
Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business or related field (technical background is considered a plus)
  • 3+ years inside sales experience in a B2B commercial sales role ; knowledge in selling to construction sector is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge or work experience in South Albania is required
  • Obligatory English skills, very good knowledge of Italian language are considered a plus
  • Very good Computer skills. SAP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone selling skills; ability to clearly demonstrate and articulate the value proposition, good presentation skills
  • Ability to gather appropriate information and analyze it to develop & implement effective strategies
  • Organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Passionate about sales and attraction to performance-based remuneration
  • Driving License
  • Residence in Tirana is preferred as well as willing and ability to travel since in this position you mainly will be working out of Tirana head office.
