Your Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the bridge between Alternative Recruitment (the company you will be representing in Albania) and our clients. You’ll connect with local businesses who are struggling to find staff, establish a collaboration by understanding their hiring needs, and offer recruitment solutions that bring real value. We provide paid training to our new colleagues to ensure we pass on all our knowledge onto you and will have your support team by your side at all times, every step of the way.

Your key responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with clients
Identify business needs and present recruitment solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to team success
Keep your sales records accurate and up to date
Stay informed about market trends and recruitment strategies

Our ideal candidates’ qualities:

Excellent communication and coordination skills

A bright, engaging personality with a can-do attitude
Experience in sales, or client service (3 years preferred but not a requirement)
Impeccable knowledge of Albanian language and fluent English (additional languages like Italian are a plus)
Strong computer and MS Office skills
Ability to work independently and with ability to prioritise
Ambition, loyalty, and motivation to achieve results
