Job Role:
To manage, supervise and motivate the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales plan. The Sales Manager will report to Country Manager, with dotted line reporting to the Balkans Business Unit Manager.

Job Role:
To manage, supervise and motivate the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales plan. The Sales Manager will report to Country Manager, with dotted line reporting to the Balkans Business Unit Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To serve as a peer leader and resource to the sales team in order to facilitate a coordinate efforts for the target accounts
- To work with the Med Reps on territory in order to improve his/her work
- To monitor the sales rep activities on daily basis
- To prepare the plan of visit with representatives and targeting the doctors
- To be informed of product sales, prepares analyzes for representative and participate in searching for the best solution to improve their work
- To monitor and analyze sales results of company, each sales representative and submit reports
- To collect the market information about competitive market activities
- To prepare monthly plan activities in order to achieve and exceed sales plan in Albania
- To build and maintain good relationship with Key Opinion Leaders
- To analyze sales figures on the monthly basis with Balkans Business Unit Manager
- To set on strategy and recommend the need for training of Med Reps in order to improve the quality of their performance
- To participate in selection of new reps, together with HR
- University Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy or related areas
- 3+ years hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/ health care sector, with focus on sales & marketing management
- Driver’s license
- English language is a Must
- Good knowledge of usual IT office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Possess technical expertise in pharmaceutical field
- Must be self-motivated and Team oriented
- Exceptional presentational and selling skills
