🌐 Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)​


Location: Office-based – Tirana, Albania
Company: Pliss.Tech – IT Services & Support
Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day) Monday to Friday
Salary: Fixed monthly salary + performance bonuses

🎯 Your Role​


We’re looking for an energetic and organized Sales Development Representative to help us grow by identifying new business opportunities and booking meetings with potential clients. You’ll work from our office in Tirana and follow clear daily targets and procedures.

📌 Responsibilities​

  • Call and email businesses to introduce our services
  • Identify and qualify leads through guided outreach
  • Schedule discovery meetings with interested prospects
  • Keep all activity and client details updated in our CRM
  • Collaborate with management to improve outreach

✅ Requirements​

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Confident, friendly, and professional over the phone
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and follow provided scripts and tools

🕒 Working Hours​

  • 4 hours/day , Monday to Friday
  • Shift aligned with business hours in the U.S.
