Position: Sales Development Representative (Part-Time & Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Albanian Time)
Compensation: $9.00 – $12.00 CAD per hour + Bonus
This is a part-time, remote position perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people and can deal well with rejections.
Bonus: 3% commission. (On top of the monthly salary)
If you want to go beyond and close sales yourself, that means you qualify to get 3% commission on all sales closed by you. This bonus can range from 0-$3000 CAD/ month.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Goal-driven
English Level: Preferably C1
Previous relevant experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and stay on top of things without supervision.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our presence in the property management industry. In this role, you won't just be "selling"—you will be the face of our company, building genuine connections with property managers in Toronto.This is a part-time, remote position perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people and can deal well with rejections.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute the Outreach plan: The Project manager is going to give you the plan and you have to take care of the implementation.
- Introduce Our Company: Reach out to property managers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services.
- Stay in Touch (Nurturing): Maintain regular contact with potential clients who aren't ready to buy yet, sharing helpful information to keep our brand top-of-mind.
- Research Key People: Identify the actual decision-makers within a company to ensure our outreach is effective.
- Set Up Meetings: Once a prospect shows interest, you will coordinate and schedule a meeting for them to speak with our senior team.
- Keep Records Organized: Daily updates to our contact list and CRM to ensure all interactions are tracked and followed up on.
