Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain and update an organized agenda to book patients and generate collaborations, analyses the
market and prepare daily and weekly results reports for each of their teams. - Serve as a mentor to the medical consultants Grade 1 and Grade 2 and assist in trainings regarding
effective sales solutions. - Achieve consistent sales over time, even in periods of change in consumer interest or in different
situation that can slow the market. - Work quickly to solve consumer complaints to retain business, and build the company’s reputation.
- Regularly contacting the existing collaborators (of its own and the his/her team’s collaborators) in order
to maintain professional business relations. - Research and cold call to identify potential customers and to find out their needs for market study and
not only.

- Encourage team work within the sales team and be an example to other sales professionals.
- Maintain integrity and honesty, and deal ethically with consumers no matter the situation.
- Handle difficult situation that might happen in the company during daily activities, with maturity and by
taking full responsibility on his/her own daily task and team’s task. - Promptly submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests and the Company Board
requests.
- Ability to develop her/his self in negotiating with patients and collaborators.
- Ability to learn fast the Company’s needs, embrace the solution to those needs and share this
knowledge in a confident manner with the rest of the team. - Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers.
- Have an understanding of business relationships and how to develop healthy patient relations.
- Possess a determination to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to motivate and encourage other salespeople with enthusiasm.
- Retain a track record of success in closing sales and delivering quality service. (misused by reviews)
- Have a willingness to follow and ketch up with their own and team’s patients in order to make sure that
the patients and collaborators are happy. - Report with responsibility, honestly and in a matured way to his/her superiors.
