Due to the business expansion in Albania, NSN is offering the challenging position of Roll-Out Manager and the opportunity to grow with NSN.
General Purpose
Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site following a roll out plan and on need basis.
Position Responsibilities :
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality work of Subcontractor
- Ensure the acceptance tests are done on time
- Support in filing of site related document
- Supervise the project quality standard and procedure according to the NSN and Customer quality standard and procedures
- Record the failure of subcontractor’s quality. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions
- Performs design and performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in Project Managers' guidance
- Provides support to customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise.
- Analysis of KPI's, investigation and improvement of network quality
- Supervise On Rollout activities following the Rollout plan
- Attend meetings with subcontractors and customers in weekly basis
- Follows plans for Installation and Commissioning.
- Makes plan for Ready Sites to handover.
- Supervise the site & ensuring the company standard.
- Evaluate for faulty equipment rate and human error rate. May support areas by participating in emergency duty.
- Telecom related experience, preferred experience in installation/commissioning of cellular base stations and in radio network planning and optimization
- Technical / customer acceptance testing
- Advanced technical support tasks incl. fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- On-site support at customers premises
- 2+ years experience on RAN equipment/ Networks
- Diploma level in Engineering background
- Coaching customers and colleagues
- Negotiation skills, internal and external
- Flexibility; willingness to travel 50%
- Team player and NSN value based skills
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Very good English skills
