Job Position: Food & Beverage Coordinator (Evening Business)
Place: Rogner Hotel Tirana
Starting date: asap
Position Scope: To contribute and support Rogner’s vision of being and remaining the leading hotel in Albania in the hospitality industry by coordinating the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department.

Position Scope: To contribute and support Rogner’s vision of being and remaining the leading hotel in Albania in the hospitality industry by coordinating the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise, Coordinate and Assist the operation of the food and beverage areas
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food & beverage standards of service and products offered by the hotel
- Define and / or establish technical information and necessary instructions, for the pre-service process and the post service process in the food and beverage area
- Monitor and constantly improve quality and guest satisfaction, and handle guest complaints in prompt and courteous manner
- Oversee every service on food and beverage area (breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, banqueting activities)
- Maintain an active relationship with the related departments heads in regards to hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets and events
- Ensure all departmental operations manuals, SOP’s are prepared, implemented and followed up accordingly
- Plans and implements effective specific training programs, develop departmental trainings.
- Provide a professional and well-mannered service at all times and ensure that all employees follow the example
- Always Ensuring there is a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation throughout the team
- Ensure all Health & Safety /Food safety compliance are adhered to. Reports any hazard, accident, loss, or damage to management
- Prepare a yearly marketing plan for the department in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Department including a competitor analysis and a revision of region trends
- International experience in similar position in ***** star Hotels
- Large experience of handling Restaurant & Banquet Operations
- Creative and innovative, someone who is passionate about F&B
- Ability to coordinate a large team, motivate and develop them
- Very good people skills to manage team and guests alike
- Self-motivated, result oriented
- Good organizational skills, ability to structure him/herself
- Should have an expertise in Food & Beverage trends, Food & Beverage Standards and Service trainings
- Fluency in Albanian and English, (German and Italian languages are an advantage)
