[h=2]Remote Angular Tech Lead[/h]We are looking for a Remote Angular Tech Lead who is passionate about design and programming.
You will be working with a global development team in the transit industry enabling all kinds of public and private transportation to move effectively and get users to their destinations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-6 software developers to deliver high-quality Angular-based applications and solutions.
• Hands-on involvement in development, design, architecture, and code review
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop technical solutions and design documentation to meet project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and follows best practices.
• Implement and promote agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Angular and front-end development.
• Mentor team members and encourage professional development.
• Ensure adherence to technical and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with other teams to integrate software solutions across the enterprise.
• Document and test to ensure the quality of completed work requirements.
• Conduct application tuning to improve performance and scalability of Angular-based applications.
• Implement and maintain webhooks for integrating software solutions
• Experience with Jasmines and Karma and guiding the team in Unit testing practices.
• Expereince in developing applications that comply with WCAG principles.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Must have 8+ Years of experience in front end web development and leadership
• Extensive experience with Angular 2+ and related technologies, including TypeScript, Angular Material, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of front-end developers.
• Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and provide valuable feedback to other developers
• Experience working with Back-end technologies (.NET/C#, C++, Web APIs) is an asset
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of web components, webhooks and web accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical design
• Experience with software architecture and design, and passionate about designing and developing high-quality software solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong belief in Leadership and accountability.
• You are positive, communicate, like to work independently and getting things done
