[FONT=&quot]Responsibilities of this position include[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Carrying out research work to prepare reports for his/her supervisor in relation to legislation impact to the company, preparation of sub legal acts as well as suggestions on company’s profile improvements[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Approximation of Albanian legislation on communication with European[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Suggesting changes and/or adoptions of the present legislation on telecommunication [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Preparing proposals for interconnection field in order to support the common placement , division of machineries and giving access during preparation of agreements between parties [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Provide support in adopting the current legislation participating in working groups within company in relation to other services (IP MPLS, IPTV, IP Telephone, Fixed SMS, Voice Mail, work for group messages, etc.)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Provide legal opinions in relation to court cases deriving from liabilities[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Following up new development in local and international field of legislation to inform the direct supervisor and other Departments [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Presenting to Regulatory Entity of Tariffs evaluating them from Regulation &Competition point of view and coordinates activity within the Company to compare these tariffs with requests received from the Institution (Regulatory Body ) [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Analyzing the traffic, income/expenditures according to company’s strategy and alternative operators. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Carrying out researches in relation to future impact of changes in competition legislation and reporting them to his/her supervisor. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure the right decision taking procedure is in place evaluating it through the competition point of view.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensuring European standards are in place in order for the company to follow the legislation approximation in competition field. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in a Telecommunications Field , minimum 5 years [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in Regulatory Environment , Minimum 2 years[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in Interconnection Environment, Minimum 2 years[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Education[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Related field University Degree (Telecommunication Engineering)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Foreign Languages [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]English[/FONT]
