The Training & Development Specialist will collaborate closely with operational managers and HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering and coordinating performance management process.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Responsible for managing and administering the training process.
- Responsible for continuous improvement based on learner feedback and best practices.
- Responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboard training to prepare them for their role.
- Assist in employee development and succession planning initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Responsible for supporting information and delivery of HR service to company employees regarding company policies and regulations.
- Foster strong collaboration between HR and other departments.
- Responsible for preparing reports and generating statistics on the processes managed.
- Assist in department budget preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on training and development
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
