Location: Tirane, Albania.
Summary: We are looking for a Motivated High-Performing Sales professional with an outstanding managerial experience to lead the Sales Department for our Client, a leading company with 20 years of history in the distribution of veterinary, environmental, agricultural products, providing DDD services in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Montenegro. The Sales Manager will have a key role in driving the strategic business planning and growth initiatives by leveraging sales efficiency and productivity tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Create and implement the overall sales strategy in accordance with the company's objectives, detailing it in monthly action plans.
•Develop and execute strategic plan to exceed annual sales targets and expand our customer base.
•Analyze the effectiveness of policies and procedures to increase sales efficiency and design proposals to further development of all new products / services.
•Ensure the efficiency of the contractual implementation with current commercial accounts though Diligent Customer Follow-Up & Follow Through.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Business Managers and Industrial Customers.
•Create prospect strategy for the identification of new clients and strategic business mapping including field networking to find new clients who have DDD service needs and understand their business needs.
•Effectively communicate and motivate the Sales Team to achieve the objectives of the department and hit the Sales goals.
•Collaborate with all departments of the company to ensure the smooth running of the technical DDD service operations for the Sales department.
•Participate in industry networking events and trade shows.
Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.
Work Experience and Necessary Qualifications:
•Al least5 years of proven sales executive experience with a history of exceeding lead targets;
•Proven record of ability to manage Sales teams, set, meet and exceed goals
•Prior relevant experience in contract drafting or negotiating strongly preferred
•Excellent knowledge of disinfection, desensitization, and derealization procedures;
•Excellent knowledge of the legal regulations and directives of the Albanian Republic for the maintenance of public hygiene;
•Excellent knowledge of European standard HACCP and WHO methods;
•High competency in Microsoft Office applications including word, excel, and outlook.
Required Interpersonal skills:
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, master work ethic and integrity;
•Excellent creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
•Strong managerial and organizational skills, including the ability to plan work and set priorities;
•Very good ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working business relationships with clients
•Very good ability to work in groups and take initiative;
Language skills:
Proficient in Albanian and very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
Knowledge of any other language would be an asset;
