[FONT=&quot]This position is responsible for all aspects of product line planning and management, including new product specification, implementation, launch and support. [/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Responsibilities of this position include[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Identify and articulate market requirements, including deep understanding of the technical requirements to deliver the proposed products and services.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Author and manage MRDs (Marketing Requirements Documents).[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Projects manage the design, development, and delivery of products.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Drive R&D and engineering resources to deliver features and products on time and on budget.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Define product-related content.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Determine and prioritize product requirements through market research and sales feedback.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Establish and manage the product roadmap.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Track competitive activity for the business product lines and prepare periodic reports detailing market penetration compared to competitors.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Define and participate in the launch and support of new products, including tradeshows, PR and innovative launch strategies[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Train sales and customer service and support organizations on new products[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]5+ years of product management experience[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Outstanding written and oral communication[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Technical and marketing experience, knowledge and skills related to product development and support in the retail and business marketplace-telephone system technologies, voice and data systems, PBX, narrowband, broadband, I.T. etc…[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of telecommunications and wide area networking services, Frame Relay, and ATM technology[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Solid technical foundation on telecom and internet-related subjects including Voice-over-IP and web-based services.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
