Epara is a digital-only fintech offering a wallet, card, and payments ecosystem designed for fast, secure, and modern financial experiences.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Product Specialist to support the development and improvement of our digital platform.

Role Summary

The Product Specialist will support the day-to-day development and improvement of epara’s digital products. The role focuses on working closely with internal teams to improve user experience, support new features, and ensure smooth product performance.
This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in banking, fintech, or digital services who is interested in growing into a Product Owner role over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the translation of business needs into clear product requirements and tasks for the tech team.
  • Assist in feature delivery, including testing (UAT), issue tracking, and release support.
  • Monitor basic product performance (transactions, usage, errors) and highlight improvement areas.
  • Help optimize onboarding, activation, and everyday user journeys.
  • Contribute to features that improve how users manage their spending (e.g., transaction visibility, limits, flexible payment options).
  • Work with compliance and internal teams to ensure product flows follow regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with tech, operations, and customer support to resolve issues and improve the product.
  • Prepare and review in-app content (notifications, messages) in Albanian and English.
  • Support coordination with external partners when required.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features.
Requirements

Experience & Skills
1–3 years of experience in:
  • Banking (cards, retail, or digital channels),
  • Fintech or payment companies,
  • Microfinance / lending institutions, or
  • Digital/mobile environments.
Basic understanding of at least one of the following:
  • Card payments or transaction flows,
  • Consumer lending / installments,
  • Digital financial products.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel or basic reporting tools).
  • Good communication skills in Albanian and English.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop in a product role.
