What you’ll do:
  • You will join the team of Procurement reporting directly to Corporate Procurement Director;
  • You will directly manage Procurement staff dedicated to administrative tasks and other Legacy systems, Vendor Management and Vendor Rating processes;
  • You will oversight the activities of all buyers located in Albania;
  • You will be involved into set-up and standardization of Procurement activities into Local Units of the Group, both existing and new ones.

Who you are:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, Finance or other Division managing Procurement activities, including contract management;
  • You have a degree in Business Management, Economics or Engineering;
  • You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
  • You have strong MS office skills (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word);
  • You are capable of managing a team, organizing activities and tasks, monitoring and balancing workloads, driving people to leverage their competencies, securing team atmosphere and positive business environment;
  • You have serious ethical principles and strong integrity;
  • You are organized, precise, proactive, flexible, determined, and able to work into an International business Team.

Preferably, you also have:
  • Basic knowledge of French;
  • Knowledge of ERP, mainly Contract Management and Order Management.
