Your profile:
  • Professional proficiency in English & Italian. Additional languages like Spanish or French are appreciated, but not mandatory at this stage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experienced and effective in outbound services (cold calling, leadgen) and inbound services (customer support).
  • Independent, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Would be great if the candidate has experience in call centers selling/supporting SaaS (Software as a Service).
