Agna Kosova, part of Agna Group, is looking to hire a person with good analytical and problem solving skills, with business awareness and creativity and willing to grow in the dynamic and changing FMCG sector in the position of:
Sales Director
Responsibilities/ Main tasks:
• Set and achieve the sales, financial planning and customer contribution target for the market's entire product portfolio in all distribution channels
• Provide leadership for the sales team including goal setting, performance evaluation, coaching and development
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI & ensure profitable growth.
• Stay continually up to date with a detailed understanding of the market dynamics and develop relevant relationships across the industry
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economic, Business, or related field. Master Degree’s in Business Management or related field is an advantage.
• More than 5 years experience in sales (previous experience in FMCG sector is an advantage)
• 2-3 years experiences as sales team leader
• High proficiency level of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
