[FONT=&quot]QUALIFICATIONS: [/FONT]

Diploma in Nursing
Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ICU or HDU nurse
Hold and maintain a current unrestricted government issued license
Proficient in speaking, writing and reading English
Must be a citizen of a NATO country and currently registered to practice within a NATO country

[FONT=&quot]DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: [/FONT]

Assessing a patient’s condition and planning and implementing patient care plans
Treating wounds and providing advanced life support
Assisting physicians in performing procedures
Observing and recording patient vital signs
Ensuring that ventilators, monitors and other types of medical equipment function properly
Administering intravenous fluids and medications
Ordering diagnostic tests
Collaborating with fellow members of the critical care team
Responding to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
Hold and maintain a current unrestricted government issued LICENSE.
Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) are preferred.
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
Maintains HIPPA certification.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Other duties as assigned.

Must have a valid, current Driver’s License from country of origin.
Must have a current passport from country of origin.
Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.
Shall demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic word processing programs and the ITBM Medical Management System software.

[FONT=&quot]PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: [/FONT]

Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be “medically and dentally fit” in accordance ITBM Medical Readiness Guidelines and Policies and/or as dictated by the Client.
No conditions that would prevent the wear of personal protective equipment; including protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor and chemical/biological protective garments or conditions that would prevent the capability of donning, lifting or carrying of up to 70 lbs. of referenced gear while running to a bunker or protected area in the face of perceived or imminent danger.
