- Delivering results;
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company.
Customer Satisfaction: - Build customer loyalty through excellent customer experience;
- Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities;
- Take ownership on improving customer experience with the company (complains follow up);
- Implement company procedures and policies in a correct manner;
Administration: - Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms;
- Inform on any mal-functioning of all operations in shop.
- Education / Experience Business university degree preferred.
- Experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly;
- Ability to work within the target set;
- Demonstration of customer focus providing excellent customer service;
- Ability to perform within a group;
- Good command of Albanian language;
- English preferred;
- Good understanding and usage of new technologies and trends;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office programs.
- Good understanding of the area;
- Understanding of the telecom business;
- Understanding of the telecom market and applications.
